(...) In the same gallery room, another young, Gianfranco Piazzini, presents his first solo exhibition, "intrusion". Word defined as "action without the right to enter a thing." The purpose of the intrusion, in this case, are the female breast. Using drawings in ink, run line and schematic (like the way the work of Alfredo Bryce), Piazzini us closer to the possibility of mutilation, disease and the struggle for life.
However, in the other works, the direction swings toward the use of reconstructive plastic surgery but not reconstructive but as an aid as an aid to a search approach to the perfections of cultural aesthetic canon. As well the author writes, "the body is a social construction ..." and the ideal of beauty, changing and arbitrary. But we must remember too, that the reason for these adjustments and work are erogenous zones, where the speech could perhaps become more reflective and transcend into deeper reasons and perhaps obscure. The proposal is complemented with a video that shows a surgical trance, in which the superposition of an amatory gesture contributes to this ambiguity that is felt in the set.
